The Center for Visual Rehabilitation specializes in helping individuals cope with vision loss and maximize their potential to live independently.

The professional team includes a low vision optometrist and a specially trained occupational therapist to help patients maximize the use of their remaining vision.

The team provides comprehensive low vision evaluations, scotoma (blind spot) awareness training, and use of low vision aids to facilitate reading, writing and other activities of daily living. Rehabilitation is offered for individuals with stroke and other neurological conditions that create visual deficits.
