Through a national network of cooperating libraries, NLS administers a free library program of braille and audio materials circulated to eligible borrowers in the United States by postage-free mail.Free library service for persons who are unable to read or use standard printed materials because of a visual or physical impairment.? Talking books and magazines and braille publications are delivered to eligible borrowers by postage-free mail and through a network of cooperative libraries.? Publications include: Bibles, Other Scriptures, Liturgies, and Hymnals in Special Media.
