The Eye Center offers the only Low Vision Rehabilitation services in the region., provided by specialty physicians, an occupational therapist, and technical staff.

The Eye Center also travels to the home to evaluate patients’ abilities to safely cook, ambulate, and perform personal care needs. They meet with family members to create a team approach to achieve prolonged independence, utilize the Division of Blind services, and help recruit service clubs to help with patients’ financial challenges.
