The Division for the Visually Impaired is organized into three primary service programs:

• Education Services
• Vocational Rehabilitation
• Independent Living

Additionally, there are two direct employment units:

• Delaware Industries for the Blind
• Business Enterprise Program

DVI offers the following support services:
