I see better near a window. Are there special lamps that simulate daylight?

Today there are Full Spectrum bulbs that provide the full range of colors found in sunlight. These bulbs are more expensive than other bulbs. They can be purchased at any lighting store or ordered through catalogs.

Remember, if you use a full spectrum bulb for long periods of time, you may need to take precautions with sunscreen as you would if you were in the sun.
