Assisting a Person with Low Vision

If your grandparent seems to be having trouble doing something, you might ask him/her what you can do to help. Sometimes, he/she may just need help in finding something or reading print that is too small or unclear. Your grandparent may have other things he/she would like you to do, so asking how you can help is often a good start. There are signs that you can look for that might let you know that your grandparent is having trouble seeing. There are also organizations that can provide information and assistance to people with impaired vision.
