Brief Description

The Canadian Human Rights Commission administers both the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Employment Equity Act, and ensures that the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination are followed in all areas of federal jurisdiction.

Hours of operation: Mon.-Fri. 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.

Publications: Publications on various issues such as human rights protection and prevention, employment equity, pay equity, discrimination and harassment, disability and alternative dispute resolution.
