The Council of Schools for the Blind (COSB)
A consortium of specialized schools in Canada and the United States whose major goal is improving the quality of services to children who are blind and visually impaired.

COSB promotes new opportunities for children who are blind and visually impaired, increases public understanding of blindness, and encourages efficient management of specialized schools for the blind. Our specialized schools educate a diverse population of students from academic to severely multiply disabled children.
