What experiences or concerns would you like to share with the American Foundation for the Blind with regard to issues related to older adults with vision loss? We are especially interested in the issues of retirement security, healthy aging, long-term service and supports, and elder justice. Please feel free to return to this survey and submit additional responses if you think of other experiences and/or concerns.

Your responses will be anonymous; however, we will include the ideas that you share as part of AFB's advocacy with respect to the 21st Century National Agenda on Aging and Vision Loss.

This event will be part of AFB's 2018 Leadership Conference in Oakland, CA. The session will be held on April 7th, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Oakland Marriott. You are welcome to attend. Learn more and register at www.afb.org/afblc. You can attend the session, "The 2nd National Conversation on Issues Related to Aging and Vision Loss—Consumer Voices" at no charge, but space is limited.

The Senior Center Without Walls will also be hosting a forum on May 4 that you will be able to attend by phone or online. Please email for more information.
