The Deaf-Blind Program provides high quality services to families, schools, and community service providers in order to ensure that appropriate services are delivered to meet the unique needs of children (from birth to 21), who have a combined hearing and vision loss. The Center for Disabilities Deaf-Blind Program, at the Sanford School of Medicine at The University of South Dakota, is supported by a U.S. Department of Education Grant, # H326C040011.
