The Northeast Indiana Radio Reading Service (NEIRRS) is a free 24/7 service providing access to printed information for people who have visual, physical, learning, or language challenges. Volunteers read 15 local and area newspapers, plus over 30 magazines, public service announcements, grocery ads, obituaries, and short stories.

The NEIRRS service area includes northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. Reception is provided by SCA radio, podcast and streaming to select facilities. To request service, complete and return a receiver application, available on the web site or by mail.
